“Unique, eye opening; even mind-blowing”

Elizabeth is an extraordinarily gifted artist and an intuitive art & dream therapist. She integrates her client’s spontaneous artistic imagery and subconscious associations to reveal guidance that is available to all of us. Often such guidance is even accessible while awake, such as during a daydream or when she performs guided meditation during a session.

For the past couple of years I have worked with Elizabeth privately via Zoom. It is through this work that I have been able to make important shifts in my work as a physician and in my life’s priorities. Every session has been unique, synchronistic and truly eye-opening…even mind-blowing,. Through her gentle and collaborative exercises, information flows through a variety of modalities and sources. At times it’s merely a subtle subconscious awareness that simply needed a little coaxing and clarity for me to bring it into my conscious thoughts.  At other times, I’m aware of being guided by what some may call guides, angels or other divine beings. I’ve even felt the presence, wisdom and reassurance of deceased loved ones. At still other times Elizabeth has what had what she refers to as “shameless projections,” where she has intuitive “hits” of information I need to receive.  These offerings have consistently rung true for me.

Words cannot adequately convey the gratitude I have for the opportunity to know and love Elizabeth.   To work with her, or to simply be in her loving/healing presence, has been a true gift.

“Healing Journey with an incredible healer”

I am honored to be writing a testimonial for someone so gifted and talented who emanates beauty through her art and herself. When I was diagnosed with cancer last year, I wanted a different kind of therapy; something with a more creative flair.

I had read a guest blog post on one of my favorite sites that had greatly resonated with me.  It included three aspects that I am into:  nature, mindfulness and creativity.  I immediately felt drawn to reach out to the writer, Elizabeth, and see if there was a way she could work with me using these three components to help me go through my chemo treatment. Perhaps there was some form of this creative piece I could engage in as I was going into this dark, unknown and very scary place.  I guess you could say I had an intuitive sense that this was what I was looking for.

Engaging in this most therapeutic relationship with Elizabeth as a source of coping through imagery and symbolism, along with her amazing intuitiveness, pulled me through some very difficult months of treatment in a most wonderful way. She always ‘got’ me and reframed things so beautifully.  Bringing the unconscious to the conscious and the intuitive gut sense of things has been a real eye-opener.  We always connected on metaphors as well.

As I rebuild my life post-cancer treatment, we are delving into more of the inner healing piece. This is my journey now – to heal from the inside out.  And who better than Elizabeth to be my guide on this journey. The visuals, images, metaphors and intuitiveness are breathtaking and makes for change, growth and an inner sense of shifts; all of which points to a healing journey with an incredible healer.

As a therapist myself, I find myself incorporating bits and pieces of her most spiritual and intuitive sense to bring into my own style with my clients.

Creative therapy, as I call it, with Elizabeth, is one-of-a-kind; and a kind that truly brings healing and growth.
