Connecting with Intention and Intuition

“Vision becomes clear only when you look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.”
— Carl Jung

The world has changed…are you changing with it?

Challenges offer an opportunity to look within and discover what is most important. This may be more time with loved ones, following your passion, living differently or simply taking better care of yourself.

Creativity and mindfulness are forms of self-care that awaken us to intuition, wisdom and joy. I am grateful to hold the space for this process through interactive Zoom-based Awakenings Circles. Through a recipe of art and mindfulness practices, we set an intention to awaken in some way to our deepest sense of knowing.

Whether you would like to heighten personal insight, access inner wisdom, or share the joy of creativity, Awakenings Circles provide ongoing tools to uncover what matters most and support you on this journey.

The art you make will reflect your intentions, intuition and inner gifts.

Awakenings Circles can be shared privately or in small groups.

The intimacy of Zoom Awakenings Circles allows guests to fully and joyfully express themselves from any location.

Jessica M.

“This is truly an awesome workshop, and I enjoyed every part. It was interesting, insightful and informative. The transition of Elizabeth’s in-person programs to Zoom was seamless: it was amazing to feel the intimacy of being in a group this way. Thank you!”

Susie M., Los Angeles:

“I was very pleasantly surprised to find that the virtual healing circle was just as powerful if not more than it might be when present in person. There was less potential for distraction from others present- i.e. looking to see what others are doing, less social concerns or interacting between participants. This allowed the experience to be even more focused and personal. More importantly, Elizabeth’s divine presence radiates unaltered by the virtual environment.”

Robyn C., Los Angeles:

“I really enjoyed this healing circle. It was the first one I have done virtually and I loved how it made me pause in a different way than anything else has lately. I found myself eager for it to last longer and fulfilled by the practices we did. Thank you!”
