Awakenings Dreamwork: Transforming Loss to Love

A Creative Awakenings Pathway

Grief is Love
Grief is Love
Grief is Love

We all have the power to connect with our Loved Ones in Spirit.

In support of this bond, I am honored to share the upcoming launch of Grief is Love, a groundbreaking journal trilogy affirming the enduring presence of our loved ones, gently guiding readers to feel, connect with, and experience their love—no psychic medium required.

Sacred Container Art

“G, C, D, E Minor”

Artists, therapists, and cultures around the world have long known that creativity is a path to healing and spiritual connection. Grief is Love is the first journal of its kind to blend art therapy, meditation, writing, ritual, and reflection as a path to both processing grief and connecting with loved ones on the other side. It is also the first journal that lifts the cultural shadow on grief, inviting readers to continue the bond with their loved ones instead of closing the door.  Backed by research, it is a step-by-step guide beginning as a sacred container for raw grief, mindfully leading toward attunement with spirit through dreams, visitation dreams, signs, and synchronicities.

Created in response to heartfelt requests from a large social media community seeking alternative paths through grief, Grief is Love meets the real needs of anyone navigating loss. Created with Daryl Kovalich, LMSW and certified end-of-life doula, along with holistic grief coach and influencer Katherine Brito, it becomes a steadfast companion on the journey toward the “absolute, unbroken continuity between this world and the next.”

“It’s crazy how I had two dreams of my husband so quickly…it felt like he was telling me he’s okay; he is still here…IT FELT SO REAL. And I feel like the art therapy keeps my connection to him open.

Katherine B.

“The art part flowed right out; it brought tears to my eyes…it made me feel so connected to my sister. And then she came in a dream; first with my mother, then they were together…she was letting me know  she is okay.”
