The Program
Awakening to Eternal Love, Comfort and Connection is an arts-based program of practices drawn from consciousness research, world wisdom traditions and my own lived experience
It combines dream incubation, art therapy, meditation, ritual and teachings within an accessible framework that participants can personalize within their own belief systems.
It is structured around the creation of Loving Memory Boxes™ as sacred containers that honor our loved ones who are no longer physically present.

I created this program because my own profound dreams and visits of departed loved ones that you can read about here. These continue to transform my grief and perception of loss into a heartfelt, loving awareness of the absolute, unbroken continuity between this world and the next.
Dreaming of loved ones in the spirit world is not a new concept: Extensive research tells us that unbidden experiences of dreaming of loved ones passed is common, with 53-75% of adults reporting having had this experience. And, dream incubation for healing, creativity and prophecy has been happening since time immemorial.
So far, according to my research my hypothesis is holding true.
Along with powerful dreams, this work has lifted up another truth: we can cultivate an eternal, spiritual relationship with our departed loved ones that supports us in living life without them here.
It is my purpose, my privilege and my calling to share this work with others.
