In 2016, I had a dream that told me to pay attention to my dreams.

That moment became a calling—to help others connect with their Loved Ones on the Other Side as another path through grief. This work is the greatest privilege of my life, and it is an honor to share my clients’ stories here.

It is most humbling that creative practice and art therapy are at the heart of this work. And, while I found this path through my own lived experience, I pay homage to Carl Jung, the collective unconscious and the many spiritual traditions—including the Bon lineage of Tibetan Buddhism—that have long united creativity and dreamwork to access alternate states of consciousness.
